I am changing my lifestyle by duing a Hypoglycemic diet. I find that I am struggling with low blood sugar and am going to try and get back on track. I have a book in mind but if anyone has hypoglycemia and has any suggestions I am all ears . Happy new year everyone.

Eating better and incoporating more veggies and fibre is definitely a great step....however, adding a little bit of exercise is also a great way to help burn calories! Start out with thirty minutes a day, three days a week! It could be walking, running, jogging, jump rope! Anythign to get that heart rate up!
