I would like to be able to run from my car to my back door
without passing out from lack of oxygen!!


1) Continue to get up at 5 and get on the treadmill.
2) Stop eating at 7:30 every night
3) Do more yoga for relaxation
4) Give up sodas completely

I need to drink MORE water and get downstairs to my weight machine and get busy!

I have also started drinking a health juice so I hope that will help too.

It's time to make my health and fitness a priority so I can have more years with my 3 boys.

I lost 35 lbs over the last year and this year I want to tone up and get in better shape.

Boy, just realized you asked me a question!

I used weight watchers online. I lost 57 lbs in 2002 using WW online. Then when my "baby" was 19 months old, I started up again & lost the last 18 lbs.

It really works for me. About 1-2 lbs per week.

A lot of counting though.

I really want to lose weight. I am 5 foot 1 or so and I need to get down to 108 lbs, ideal. I am very petite and I am holding an extra 27 pounds It is the fattest I have ever been. I think my husband's deployment really took a toll on my health and started some really bad habits. Wish me luck, I'm gonna need it!
