Has anyone tried this or know anyone who HAS tried it? I am thinking about buying it but its $60 plus $12.95 S+H so I want to be sure it will be worth it.

It looks like one of those FUN workouts.

They say you are guaranteed to lose UP to 10lbs in the first 10 workouts.

I haven't seen this one, but it is by the same makers of the Slim in 6 and I can tell you I HATED that program. It hurt my knees so much after the first 4 workouts, I returned the program. Mind you, I DO have a knee problem, but I figured if I can do 45 mins of Tae-Bo with no problems, I could do this...nope, don't know why, but I couldn't.

Knees is why I haven't tried this. I have knee problems as it is, much less to be jumping on one leg a kicking with the other. Tae Bo is another one like this too. If I could do all that I would just go do extreme sports not a workout video.

I just saw the infomercial for this last night! It did look like alot of fun, but I think I'll wait for a little while. Pretty soon they'll sell it at Walmart for like half the price! I remember seeing the Winsor Pilates informercail and drooling over that one, but it was like 99$ at the time....I just found it at a local store here for 1.99 a tape!!!! Yippie!!!!!!
