The first step is making your health a priority and cleary you are doing that.
The second step is staying committed to it. It's hard work. It's discipline...and if you aren't fully committed ot the process and to the blood, sweat and tears, than you may find it more of a struggle than a benefit!
The best thing to do is make it a priority. Tell yourself: If I work out today, I can do "this" later. If you can manage to dedicate thirty minutes of cardio three days a week, you are on the right track. Once you get into the habit of taking the time out of your day to do that, then you can add strength training to your regmine
This is totally doable...you just need to make it a priority...and we're here to support you through the ups and the downs!
