What do you have planned today?

I am running 3 miles, stretching, abs and then doing a back and chest work out!

I'll probably hop on the elliptical this afternoon since I do my grocery shopping in the a.m. on Mondays.

Not me. My whole household is falling like dominoes. I just got back from the dr. and my lung capacity is currently at 28%. Lovely. So now I am on some serious medication (steroids - yuck) to keep it from turning into pneumonia. My oldest missed 4 days of school last week and finally went back today. My husband got it yesterday and it looks like the baby is starting to go down this morning. Sigh... will this horrible winter ever end???? We have never been so sick so many times in such a short period in our lives. It is kind of freaking me out!

Thanks for letting me vent. I am having a little pity party today. On a bright note - this is my 1000th post!

I already did! I ran/walked for 30 minutes (my typical routine). I feel great! I was particularly proud of myself for running about 25 of the 30 minutes (I still need a break in the middle) but am well on my way to being able to run a 5K!

I'm going to do the elliptical this afternoon. I'm not sure how long, it's been a while since I've worked out so I'll just try to go as long as I can, at least 20 minutes.
