Ok girls I've got a fun challenge.

We've been at this for a few months now (those who climbed aboard the healthy train for 2008). Let's show ourselves off. On Friday we are all going to post our "muscle" poses. Each one of us is going to take a picture of ourself flexing our muscles....YES WE ARE!!! It's a group effort...and it's for fun. Let's see your bicepts! Big, small....flabby...it doesn't matter....it's strictly for fun.



So, if you can, take a picture of your best "Popeye" pose, send it to me in a PM and I will post them all on FRIDAY!

I don't have to......I was just going to post them all in one thread! But they HAVE to be YOUR OWN!

How exactly am I supposed to take a picture of myself flexing?! I sure can't ask dh to do that for me as he would laugh so hard he might break a rib. Help me out with the logistics here and I might play along since we don't have to show our faces. Normally I wouldn't care too much about that but dh told his friend at work about this website last week and he went home and told his wife about it (sigh - my secret is out) so no more anonymity for me around here anymore. BAD dh! I was like you told him WHAT?! He got all flustered and said well you love it so much I thought it would be nice to share - she is home with 3 kids and bored to death! Grrrrrr.

Oh and I would have to email it to you since I am clueless about posting pics.

Maggie, do you have a timer on your camera? You could od it that way.....
