Well... I usually feel good after a workout but, I did Jillian Michaels Cardio Kickboxing or whatever it's called and man! Whew, I feel good right now. It's funny working out and feeling like this and...I just want to dance, or go running or something to burn off this energy! I feel all hyper or something.

It's nice though because I woke up just feeling 'blah' you know?

Oh and I'm close to convincing my husband to exercise with me.

Good for you! Good luck on convincing your dh to workout with you! I know it helps me to stay motivated when my dh exercises with me!

can I ask -- where did you buy the dvd and how much was it? This sounds right up my alley. DH has contemplated getting a membership on her website, but hasn't gone for it yet.
