This is sort of a spin off of Christy's post on taking pictures of body parts- the muffin top is one of my top issue areas with my body (besides my saddlebags )! When I think of certain parts of my body- I usually will think of the negatives instead of the positives- which a lot of us suffer from. I am starting to think that if we think positive about our body- maybe the positivity will take over all the negativity.

So on that note- What is your favorite body part and what makes it special?

Well eyes would be first b/c no matter how big or small I get they stay the same and are very pretty (if I do say s omyself )

But physically..my calves. They are the first to get toned up when I start exercising and having strong calf muscles makes me FEEL stronger.

And my boobs...I've got great boobs

My favorite body part is my legs. They are very strong!

I kinda like my calves....but only by the profile. Not too close though, I Haven't shaved. I should probably do that if hubby is on his way home! teee heee!

Boobs - what boobs? Lost mine when I lost all my weight! 4 inches gone!!!

Best part of my body - my upper body - really getting defined! I have the v-shape going on with my lat muscles now!

My shoulders are my favorite. They have always been broad and at some point I decided to just love them instead of wishing they were more dainty. I will never be willowy, so I might as well be strong!

I agree on the upper body thing. Maggie- I think we must be seperated at birth the more I get to know you!- I have broad shoulders too and always hated them- now I am really enjoying that area! I like my declotage area- minus the bobbs- like mamaof3kiddies- I lost mine- each kid took them down a size and when I lost weight !

My lips... they're always the same and say a lot about me.
