I did not do so great- but hey next week will be better!!

Thank you, stevesgal - I am finally starting to feel a little better. Back to the gym tomorrow morning at 11 AM for Body Pump! I was up a pound this morning thanks to the ridiculous amount of sugar I consumed yesterday. I actually went to bed with a stomach ache from eating so much candy. Both kids had valentine parties and I helped them polish off all the stuff they didn't like (snickers, resees, anything with nuts or peanut butter I was happy to help out with!). Then my mom brought over iced heart cookies AND chocolate cake so I had to have a little of those too. Just to be nice, you know....

mmm- you are making my mouth drool AND stomach hurt at the same time! My indulgence yesterday was rice crispy treats made with strawberry mashmallows (cut in a heart shape of course!)- My grandma made them for my youngest preschool party (my cousin goes to the same preschool as my youngest- she's one of those change of life babies!). My grandma kept giving them to me since she made so many extras- she was saying (in great Grandma ways)- it has to be healthy- it's made with rice and marshmallows are like are and strawberry is a fruit ! Got to love those grandmas!

Did good this week with my exercising. Working with the nutritionist (part of the boot camp challenge) to knock these stupid few pounds that I keep playing with. I'm weighing myself tomorrow morning so we shall see if her suggestions are helping. I can't wait until it is a bit warmer outside to start walking/running outside. I love being out in the fresh air!

I did great with the exercising .. not so great with the food ... but my healthy dh is in flight now on his way home so that will soon change. Grilled chicken salad for dinner tonight!

I did really well for the first week in a LONG time. Down two pounds since Monday.

KathrynHannah--that's how I am. Dh is super healthy and when he's gone, I'm not so healthy eating.

I was pretty upset because I had my first goal of 10lbs by Valentine's Day. But I didn't hit it. Actually I haven't even weighed in almost two weeks. Two Sundays ago, I didn't think I lost because I wasn't very good with my pepsi. Hubby was afraid if I weighed I would be discourage, he knows me oh so well, so I didn't wiegh. Last Sunday, I didn't weigh because I was bad with pepsi and sweets. I had lost 5lbs, but not I am not sure where I am. I will definelty weigh tomorrow to check though. Hopefully I can get more will power with my pepsi and choc. I eat good other than the choc. So anyway, I didn't meet my first goal and I am sad. But I guess I need to just try harder. I just love my pepsi and chocolate so very much!!!! My second goal was another 10lbs by Easter. That is six weeks away, so I am just going to stick with that, 10lbs by Easter.

Does "alone" time with dh count? LOL He's home now

I ran three times this week and did an upper body work out on Monday and then a lower body work out on Wednesday. I was hoping to run today but the weather is blech and I really don't feel like going to the gym. I will most likely try and get out and running tomorrow: rain or shine!
