Sometimes I hear a song that will take me back to the "old days" when I was young. I will then think about those days and realize I was much more care free! I felt healthy, pretty, and adventurous. I suppose that time in my life would be my college days.

I do enjoy my life now, and I know there will be a time later in my life when I will remember now and long for these days too.

Upon thinking of this, I then realize I need to live in the "now" and enjoy life. (Not that I don't.) But, how can we really learn to focus and enjoy our current moments in life?

OK, now I am getting all weird and Oprah like, but I suppose it is about finding our inner soul and what makes us feel at peace with our selves.

I just want to say I feel blessed with this life and want to live it to the fullest!
OK, I am done babbling.

I hope you're perfectly normal because there are days I feel the exact same way as you!

I wish I could have the body of a young person again but I love my life now and have no regrets.

If I was young and carefree like I used to be, I'd be dead.

Not actually. Youth breeds ignorance and foolishness. Been there, done that. I'm much wiser now. And, for me, emotional pain and experience equals growth. I'm in a good place right now.

Now, if you asked if I can go back to be young again and know what I know now, then the answer would be yes.

OK, I must agree with some of you regarding this. Though ya gatta admit that back then ignorance was sometimes bliss? LOL

It is true that we live and learn and become wiser. These memories we cherish help us in that process.

I would love to have that, without the restrictions that experience gives you. When you feel like your life is before you and you can create your own destiny. My biggest wish, however, is to have that plus money.
