I try and get in three if not four 3 mile runs each week (27 minutes each run).

My routine was 4-5 cardio days, 30-45 minutes each plus 1-2 yoga days.

Tomorrow, I'm going to start the couch to 5k (3 day cardio progression). I will add strength training & yoga to that.

Lately I've been doing 5K three times a week. I'd say that takes between 1 1/2 and 2 hours per week.

do you do athletic yoga or meditative? I prefer the athletic yoga. The meditative one is actually really distracting to me!!! I don't have time for it!! LOL

I probably do about an hour of cardio 6 days a week. Some times it's more than an hour at a time. That doesn't count the weightlifting time. I'm constantly trying to increase my endurance so that's why I do so much. Plus it is my stress relief! I do take a rest day.

I get cardio in at least every day. Some days a little bit more intense than others but still getting that heart rate up there.

Athletic!! I did a meditative one while I was pregnant and the instructor drove me nuts.

I do 2 days of weight lifting and 2-3 days of cardio (a minimum of 30 minutes each).
