I listen to a lot of Breaking Benjamen, Nickelback, Paramore, 3 Doors Down, Alicia Keys, Gwen Stefani, JT (he's so cute!), Stained, Timberland & any thing else that sounds good. I change it frequently and just put the MP3 player on shuffle.

You would probably laugh. It is a very unusual mixture of country, rock, etc.

I have an all new respect for you. RATM!!! I also like Metallica but I LOVE Rage!! Especially for strength training.

I don't have a playlist but I do have a workout CD. RATM, Metallica, White Zombie, Korn, Disturbed, XXX soundtrack and Shaggy are some. I need to make a new one..

I am so eclectic in my music choices and it reflects terribly on my oldest (whose ipod it does belong to- which she lends to me if I am nice enough to pick her up itunes cards ). Anyways- we just put some new songs on today that will be fun to exercise to tomorrow. Of course I got the nice versions- but here is a few of the groups we put on tonight:

White Zombie
Fugazi
Suicidal Tendencies
Alice in Chains
Primus- I can't wait to try cardio to Jerry was a Race car driver!
Tom Petty- American Girl (the only song from him that we like!)
- this is where it gets funny-
Miley Cyrus (don't think I will be doing to much to that!)
Etta James At Last- of course the finishing up song tomorrow !)

I have a variety on my "on the go" playlist that I use to crank out my cardio.

Pink
Tim McGraw
Kayne West
Nickelback
Gwen Stefani

So it is a mix of good beat pumping music!
