I have a lot of things to do tomorrow and afraid I won't get on here soon enough in the morning!

How did you all do this week? I did not do to well. I want to get back "running" and doing all my exercises but it ain't happening right now! I noticed that the new pants that I was able to fit into after Christmas is getting tight in the middle so I better hop to it quick (I got rid of all of my other "bigger" clothes!). I was planning on measuring myself this week but- that is packed up! I guess my lovely hubby packed up a lot of my "healthy" things in the bedroom (I kept my journal, pedometer and so on)- yes I keep everything in my bedroom- little Miss Hands gets a hold of things and claim it as her own- especailly paper! Sorry for the rant.

Anyone want to start making goals for next week to help motivate yourself or others?

So how did your week go?

I did really good with exercising - this is my last week of Boot Camp. So our instructors really pushed us. I did good with my eating too.

A goal for this upcoming week - getting into my "new" routine of working out. Now that I don't have boot camp to go to, I'm going to be figuring out what days are cardio & what days are strength days.

I really wish they offered bootcamp here at 9:30. They offer it at 8:30 and there is just no way I can get the kids in there for that time, two times a week. They have another class at 4:30 pm but the gym is SWAMPED at that time and if I don't work out in the morning, it just simply does not get done!

So what's on tap for you now.... now that it's over?

Not sure what I'm going to do. I found 2 great intense aerobic classes I like so I might do those (one M, one F) and then on the other days incorporate my running & strength training. I really want to start taking a pilates class - I need to work on my flexibility.
Boot Camp was great - I have seen so much muscle definition from it.

I'm only down one pound this week, but it was my birthday Wednesday and I fell victim to some white food on other days.

My goals next week:
~clean up my eating--I'm doing great on portions but there was one instance where I opted for white over wheat (sometimes white just tastes better!) and one night I made white rice instead of brown, and then of course there was my birthday...let's not go there
~water!! Must drink more water this coming week
~keep my workouts consistently intense instead of letting the intensity dwindle towards Friday/Saturday

Somehow I missed this post - sorry! I had a good week last week. I am still not getting as much cardio in as I need to, so I will work on that this week. When does daylight savings time start anyway? I am ready to get back into my 4 mile a day pattern. Right now it is dark and dinnertime by the time dh gets home so I have only been able to get a few cardio workouts in a week - one on the weekend and 2 on preschool mornings. I really prefer being outside for cardio anyway since it is less boring. The time just crawls by on that elliptical in the gym. Blah!

I have managed to drop a few pounds and keep it off for 3 weeks now. I'm down to 117 and almost to my goal of 115. I am giving myself until the beginning of April (spring break) to get there and I think it is very do-able. I'm psyched!

Last week was not so good for me. I gained a pound ( I really can't believe that is all I gained, so i am happy about that) and missed a workout. Between the snow and staying at a hotel for work with my ds, it was very hard to stay on track. I am happy to say, I am back with it today. It feels good to be back on track!
