Hello! I feel better than I have in over 20 years!! I have started eating only "real" foods...not overprocessed stuff, no fat-free, low-fat, etc and I have actually LOST weight while eating things like bacon, full fat milk, real butter, etc...I really believe that if you eat a reasonable meal, 3x a day, you will feel great, have more energy, etc. IT WORKS! It started with a book I read, called "A Life Unburdened"It is a myth-breaker..like, the myth that eating fat makes you fat,the myth that no food is better than any other food, the myth that junk food in moderation won't hurt you,the myth that all calories are the same, the myth that losing weight will automatically make you healthy...EAT ONLY REAL FOOD...and what is real food? All of the food the experts have told us not to eat:butter, whole milk, eggs, coconut, cream...His message is liberating: the only way to lose weight and be healthy is to eat food s that are satisfying. Satisfying foods that give your body what it needs so you are not hungry an hour later. He wondered why the members of his family are getting fatter, and fatter sooner with each generation. Why were they dying so young? Satisfying foods are foods prepared the way your grandmother fixed them...with soup bones and love and TIME..That is another myth this man breaks..the myth that no one has time to cook anymore and that food MUST be convenient...great website to check out is westin a price foundation. It has changed all of my famlies lives for the better! Does anyone else eat butter? whole milk? fresh eggs? lard????/ I would love to hear from you.....
