By the way, I posted a more challenging one too, for those of you who regularly work out your assets!

ETA: the second exercise (on the more challenging link) really does work. I used a small medicine ball instead of that large pilates ball and let me just tell you....wooooo eeeeee! Using that weighted ball and making even the slighted of movements, controlled movements...nice and slow, can really really burn!
