Not that any of us here need the help (cleary by the number of great ASSets we've seen) but for those of you who'd like to tighten and tweak up just a little more, here are some SURE FIRE ways to do!

By the way, I posted a more challenging one too, for those of you who regularly work out your assets!

ETA: the second exercise (on the more challenging link) really does work. I used a small medicine ball instead of that large pilates ball and let me just tell you....wooooo eeeeee! Using that weighted ball and making even the slighted of movements, controlled movements...nice and slow, can really really burn!

Thanks again... I printed a bunch of additional exercises this morning.

I need to get a medicine ball (I will have to hide it from the children)
