I was trying so hard to not look at the ipod to see how much was left, especially as it got near the end and I kept getting a side ache in the middle of a jogging interval and had to stop and walk 2 times. I just wouldn't let myself see anymore.
I kept going and going, then finally let myself look....I was 12 minutes into week 2! Since I used the playlist, it went directly into week 2 when week 1 was finished without skipping a beat.
I figured it was karma getting me for walking during a jogging interval
Lesson for next time.....do not choose playlist, only play the individual workout!!!!
