Please send prayers to a 12 yr old little girl - sister to my son's friend. She has been battling an unknow infection/disease for several months now. She has horrific headaches, has started to hallucinate, is loosing her ability to walk and talk. She has had seizures which are thought to be unrelated.

It all started with a stomach flu. Then this infection was secondary and they think it might be a form of meningitis or encephelitis. She has had many hospital stays. They have done spinal taps, MRIs, brain scans, consults up the wazoo, blood tests, you name it. They are thinking inside and outside the boxes. She has been on antibiotics, steroids, and psych meds. All of which have negative consequences. She will be unable to finish her 7th grade school year (hasn't been to school since Christmas). She has a home nurse/teacher that comes daily but she can only tollerate doing work for about an hour before her head is going to explode.

Please pray that they find out exactly what she has so they can treat her appropriately. Please pray for her siblings to be able to lead a normal life despite the lack of attention they deserve. Please pray for her parents to give them strenght and hope to get their little girl back.

I just read through this prayer list chain and saw all these requests. I will keep your family and friends in my prayers. UPdate us on each one when you can. ((HUGS))

Please keep my mil in your prayers. She just found out from the doctor that she has a syst (sp?) in her stomach somewhere the size of a cantelope. It is a stage 2 or 3 right now. Not sure if it is cancer or not. We will find out next week when the results come back. Please keep her in your prayers that this is non-cancerous. Thanks and God Bless.
