Christy, to answer your question, my favorite portion is the bike. As a former football, basketball, and baseball player, I don't have a runner or swimmer's build. However, I can go pretty fast on a bike.
Scott, Yes, biking can help you stay in front of the stroller ladies. Biking builds you leg muscles and can be a great way to cross train for a running event. So, you will be participating this 4th of July?
