Its great! We bought the "Paper Mario" game too, though the bundle came with 14 games!

Yesterday I had a doctor appointment so I stayed home from work... I got to wake up with my son and have breakfast with him. It was really nice to spend that extra time with him.
I also found a childs fort with a swing on Craigs list... FOR FREE!!! I'm really excited about having that for ds to play on as he gets older! My father is going to go pick it up and haul it to our house for me!

I got a tour today of a new facility we opened here at work (I work in higher ed). I stood in a room with a machine that cost - are you ready for this??? - $1.5 million. Holy crap!

My undergrad degree is in engineering so the enginerd in me was just in heaven...

I don't have to go to radiation or take chemotherapy today! I'll have a lot more extra time to spend with my kiddos! And, I've actually had time to reply to a few threads here at MS today!

My daily happy for today is that 16 yrs. ago today my DH and I welcomed our DD into the world.

My daily happy is my work day went by uneventful and DH was in a good mood! ~ I'm sure that has nothing to do with our evening quickie!

My sil just called to let me know they will be taking their vacay with us towards the end of this month. Im really happy about this

Dh got his contract for next year (AD/PE teacher) and he is getting an 11% raise!! He's getting extra classes, so they are paying him accordingly. The raise will not give us extra spending money, that's not why I'm so excited, it makes it possible for me and ds to go on dh's medical insurance, we will finally be able to afford the monthly payment ($650! we currently have an awful deductible plan instead). Since we're TTC #2 and it hasn't happened yet, that means that when I eventually have a baby, it will be with the good insurance! Happy dance!
