The Purpose Driven Life? Your non christian Thread got me intrigued so I had the library hold a copy for me and just picked it up! If you are still reading it what do you think so far?

I am. I had to put it down for almost a week now because of how crazy things are here, but I do plan on picking it up again today when the boys have their naps today. I have been keeping a journal as I read and make notes. I have been answering the "questions to consider" as well as the points to ponder. AS I read my answers I realize I really am a lost soul!!!!!! But I feel like I'm getting somewhere

What do you think of it?

I don't mean to butt in, but I got that book, it was given to me by a great friend, and I hear great things about it.

I might have to start reading it tonight, and keep a journal.

I am only on the second chapter. I'm not quite sure what I think yet . Taking notes is a good idea. I'm hope I get out of it what it was intended. To help me find my place. We'll see. I was just curious on someone elses take on it. So keep me posted. As busy as things always are, it may be longer than a 40 day read!

It has definitely taken me longer than 40 days. I was doing it the way the author intended you to read it: one chapter a day. After I read the chapter, I would then journal. The next day when I returned to the book, I would read my journal entry from the day before and then read the next chapter. Again making notes and answering the qeustions. I was doing this every day until day 14....and then things got crazy and it's been a chapter here, a chapter there. I really need to get back at it but my parents are coming into town and until they come and go again, I won't be able to do much of anything
