Linda & Shelly - great job on your running. I went out for my 3.5 mile run today - -felt good. But it is my last run of this week as I'm doing a 5K on Saturday and want to make sure my knee feels ok for it!

I think I'm going to take the summer off from 5K's after this weekend - if my body gets too hot and not hydrated, I get a wicked headache that I cannot get rid of. So I want to take the hot months easy (and workout inside)!!!!

I finally finished C25K today! It wasn't as exciting as I thought it would be but it is a great accomplishment for me. I ran 3 miles in 32:30. I think that is pretty good considering it was my first run outside with some small hills (all my other runs were on the treadmill). By the end of the 3 miles I thought I was going to fall over, my legs were like jelly. I'm sure I will be sore tomorrow.

Way to go everyone for your running this last week! I have a hard time getting on the computer to post with work and my 2 dd's around all the time but I do check to see how everyone is doing. I wish I had more time to post but just know I am checking and wishing you all the best.

I'll run but at like 6am and then continue with my cardio at the Y. The knee is so-so. I'm thinking it just needs 1 full week of no exercise! So I think I need to deal with it for the next 2 weeks to finish out boot camp and then maybe I'll take a week off.
