Wow, I can't believe I'm already here! Now, I'm on my own. I have to come up with a schedule to continue to challenge myself.
I've changed my goal to only lose 5 more pounds. I feel good about myself and that is allowed. I don't need to be "skinny".

Who Hoo! I'm proud of you!!! You inspire me that this can be done. I'm on day two of week 6 today and I had to really push myself to keep going this morning.
I know what you mean about not needing to be skinny. I've tried to make my goal reasonable to. I started with a BMI of 26.6 (overweight) and am working towards a BMI of 23.9. I'd like to be lower but I want to aim for a goal that is reasonable for my body and genetics.
