Good job ladies! I fell off the wagon...I have been doing my power walks and loving that, but with trying to sell the house and declutter and pack...UGH...I haven't had much time. And Congrats to Skimommy for her awesome success in finishing!

It feels AWESOME!! I'm hooked

I'm walking 5 minutes, running 30 and walking 5 more minutes. I run slowly at about 4.5-4.8. I haven't focused on doing the 5k in a specific time frame. I'm planning to work towards running additional miles instead of a faster pace.

Way to Go! That is an awsome accomplishment. I can't wait until I can say that.

I finished week 5 today of the program. I was so scared for the 20 minute run but I actually ran 25 minutes. When 20 minutes came I decided to try for another 5 and I did it. I did decrease my speed by 0.2 but I don't care at least I made it. I had no idea I could run that long!

Way to go! I just finished week 3! I have added some run time onto my last few runs because I felt like I had more energy. It was only a few minutes each run but it felt good. So maybe next week won't be to bad.
