Great job on finishing Week 3!!!

Do you know if there is any place that lists each week and what the intervals are? All I found was the music to download and I was just curious what each week looks like. TIA!

Let us know how it goes.

I've searched for it but can't find it. I would also like to know what I'm getting into for the week!

Oh my goodness. I just did my first run for week 4 and it kicked my butt. I'm sure it didn't help that it's pretty windy and I was running into the wind for the first part. But wow. I just kept thinking that most everyone else has already made it through this week. So I can too.

I thought week 4 was the hardest so far. I will be starting week 6 tomorrow. When I did week 4 for the first time I thought I would never make it. I decided to slow down a bit and that helped a lot. Good Luck! We know you can do it and it will get easier.

Linda - I can't imagine starting a workout and not knowing what you are to be doing. Hopefully by the time I get to it they will have something I can print out. Good Luck.

I plan to listen to the introduction today before I start tomorrow. I know they start off with intervals of walking and running like the Couch to 5k. I'll let you know what the first week involves after I have a chance to listen to it.

Good luck w/Week 6!!

You are all doing GREAT!!! Way to go on your accomplishments! Next Sunday I'm running in another 5K and hoping to improve my last 5K time. I will only run Monday & Wednesday this week and take Friday off from running. Tomorrow & Wednesday I am going to run "my fastest" and see how I do with my time.
Keep up the hard work

This is all I could find so far: The mixes include a 5 minute walking warm-up - then intervals of 7 minutes of upbeat music for running followed by 1 minute of slower paced music to power walk - then a cool down.

You start at 30 minutes and work up to 50 minutes. It will probably be better for me to not know so I don't stare at the clock!
