I think it is great that you are continuing on from the C25k. You should be pround of yourself. I also had trouble getting my workouts in because the kids have been sick with colds and up all night. I just can't workout without a good nights sleep (which still includes getting up with the little one 2-4 times a night). I think I had like 3 days between each workout this week. Oh well, at least we keep going and don't give up.
I was thinking about that the other day and when I am done with the C25K I think that is what I want to do as well. It should hopefully make it an easier transition to Gateway to 8K.
Good Luck.
You're already thinking about the Gateway to 8k... SWEET!!!
You guys are all doing GREAT!!!! Way to go! It feels great to make progress with your running.
I was pretty much sidelined all week. I ran Monday, then did my timed run on Tuesday for Boot Camp. Wed I went out running but should have taken it off. By Thursday my knee was really bothering me. So yesterday I did nothing. Today it feels so-so but after Boot Camp this morning I'm sure it will be sore later.

I did the 20 min run! I will admit I had to stop and walk for about 20 seconds. And it took me 22 min not 20. But I did it! I can't beleive my dd is 3 months old and I ran 2 miles. So I will start week 6 on mon.

GREAT JOB!!! Feels good huh?
Everyone is doing a great job with this!!
I ran yesterday am for the first time in 1 week -- my typical 3.5 mile run -- felt good. I'm hoping to increase my miles this week - would like to get it to 4 miles now.

You are doing awesome. I don't know if I could do it with a 3 month old!
