Way to go everyone! I lost 1/2 a lb this week. I have been watching what I eat but I will have to watch a little closer. My apetite has gotten bigger sense I started running and that was already a problem before I started. But I know I can do this. I jsut have to figure out what works best for me.

Can I join? How often are you guys weighing in? I take it once a week. I really want to lose about 15-20lbs by June 10. We're going to the beach this summer. But I'll take whatever I can get as long as it stays gone.

Join us -- the support is such a huge motivational factor for me! I usually weigh in on Saturdays but have not done it in 2 weeks for fear of what it will say (let's just say that the local ice cream shop has opened)!

Okay I haven't been doing very good at this the past week or so. I went on vacation and well.....you know how that goes. So I have lost a total of 5lbs since the beginning of the month, but none this week.

Monkeymom, I didn't even weigh this week.

I had pizza yesterday since we are remodeling and I'm sure that will be enough to throw me off!

I didn't think I would have lost much this week but when I weighed this morning I lost 3lbs! I was so excited. I only have 5 more to go before I hit the half way mark. I didn't eat so well this week but I added yogurt to my diet which I think really helps. I just don't like the taste very much.

Linda- You might be suprised at your weight lose too. I think sometimes adding a little fat into the diet also helps you loose weight especially when you are so active.

Way to go Amy! That is GREAT.

Linda - I too did not weigh myself this week either - I told myself I was not going to get on the scale until May 31st -- that will be the last week of boot camp
