Linda - I too did not weigh myself this week either - I told myself I was not going to get on the scale until May 31st -- that will be the last week of boot camp
Well, I finally checked the damage and am actually happy my weight stayed the same (no gain)! I had pizza during our work week and missed a few workouts.
My forearms are still sore from moving furniture and painting... that should count for something.

I've lost one pound. Better than gaining or staying the same but still irritating. I have been eating a lot better and moving more. But I know, slow and steady.
I've lost 1 more pound. I am at 166 from 175!!!! I am so excited. I've also lost 1" on my hips!!! I've been working on this since April 1st. My BMI is at 30.4 from 32!

Hi guys. I didn't get to check in last week because I was camping. Come to find out I didn't loose anything that week anyway. However I just weighed myself and lost 1.5 lbs! I'm very excited about this because I had smores when we were camping and they were soooo worth it.
