Great job Amy! I'm at my parents house this weekend and they don't have a scale so I can't weight myself. But I did jump on the scale before I came down here on Thurs so I do know I lost ther lb that I gained the week before.

Shelly - Great job on the 1 pound loss. It's always a great feeling to loose what you've gained. I've gone through that as well.

So I've been real lax in weighing myself because I knew it was not what i wanted to see. But I have come to understand the power of a healthy body and how it all works when you build up lean muscle and keep cardio in your routine. Even though I have been eating a bit bad (ok a lot bad) my body is a fat burning machine right now and is helping to keep the excess pounds off. Yeah the scale might fluctuate a pound or two but the way I have been eating, I clearly should be up at least 10lbs! My clothes are not getting tight, I still feel powerful and I'm in the best shape I have ever been in. So I am not going to take this for granted -- that is what will get in my trouble and gain weight back! I am going to stop with the daily snacking, the daily tastes of things and just concentrate on eating healthier!
Starting this Saturday I will be weighing in again once a week, just for my own gauge - NOT for the #!!!!!
Hope everyone is doing great and feeling great! Remember a NUMBER is JUST A NUMBER!!!! Gauge your success & progress by a different measure (how your clothes fit, how you feel, your rings, etc.)!!!

Congrats to everyone... still working hard!!!

I finally weighed myself today, I was happy to see I lost 2lbs after not running or walking last week. I skied & swam Fri-Sun so I did exercise.

Great job Linda. I plan on doing a workout here at home today. I just have to figure out what program I want to do and hope that dd doesn't get all fussy. We are still waiting on the second tooth to come through. I plan on trying to run in the morning...VERY EARLY if I can

Debi - How could you not be happy with a size 4? That is awsome! I don't think I could ever be a size 4. I would be happy with size 8.

Linda - Great job on the 2 pound weight lose! It always feels good to lose.
