I still have not been weighing myself on a regular basis but I am happy to report that my body fat calipers came in the mail. And my body fat % has gone down 1.5% since the end of April! That is my measurement these days!!!!

Hope everyone is able to avoid summer time temptations and stick to a healthy lifestyle!

I weighed in yesterday before I went to the Lake and I lost 1.5 lb last wk. I'm getting there slowly but surely

I gained 2 lbs on my two week holiday. It could have been worse. I ate well 75% of the time but I did make some bad choices and had very little control over the food as we were at other people's houses.

I was without a scale the whole time. I was sure I had gained 5-7 lbs. I have trouble with self perception which is why for me .. it is all about the numbers. If I can maintain a number I know in my head to be reasonable even if I still 'feel' big, then I know I've done well. When I don't weigh myself, I just 'feel' big without the knowledge of reality.

I think this is inevitable when you go on vacation. You are out of your regular routine, habits and eating patterns. PLUS you're on vacation: you're relaxing and reprioritizing your time...and THAT is ok!

You'll get back on track, now that you're home. Two pounds is NOTHING!

Besides that, I saw some of your vacation pics and you look FANTABULOUS!

I'm down again. What a relief. 3 lbs to goal. I've been slacking in exercise with the kids home all day though. My eating has been on track but I need to move more and tone up.
