Thigh: -1 inch

Lost 1 lb this week

I will keep this in mind when I go to a birthday party today!! No junk for me.

Thanks!! I expect that will be my best month since I started running. I suspect the loss around my hips was my bottom, my pants are baggy in the seat!!!!

Staying off the scale has become easier for me. I only do it once a week - Saturday mornings. I had actually packed my scale away for a while so I would get away from it!

I am with you ladies!!! I will give it all I've got. I leave for vacation in 28 days and would like to see at least 10 pounds gone!

Although let me say this, It does get fustrating for me at times because I work out 6 days a week and eat a very healthy high protein diet (need this for all the running) and I still do not shed the pounds like I want to. I use to drop weight very easily but since this thyroid thing happened it is very hard.

I will stick this out though and make it work!

You can do this!!! My biggest obstacle was portion control but now I eat slower and pay closer to attention when my stomach is full.

I am also joining you ladies. I lost 1lb this week! I am also nursing my 7 month old so I have to watch how much I loose. Dr. says no more than 1lb a week. This hasn't been an issue though. I have been watching what I eat and exercising and still only loosing about a pound a week (this is fine by me as long as it keeps coming off).

Congrats to the rest of you for doing so well this week!
