I weighed in this morning and lost 1 lb. I'm excited about that! I thought maybe I gained because I splurged a lot last weekend and also went out last night with some friends.
I stayed the same this week and I'm disappointed. But I know my day of ice cream twice in one day did not help! So this week I will be stricter and make smarter choices

Well my weight went up 2lbs but I think it's muscle. I can tell I'm losing inches.
This happened to me the first few weeks too. The good news is that muscle burns more calories so that little bit of gain will rev up your metabolism and you'll be burning more calories every day.
I'm the same this week. I'm on week 5 of the couch to 5K. On Monday I have to run 20 min in a row. I'm nervous. Running 8 min in a row this past week was the most I've done so far.
