I went to the allergiest yesterday and she put me steroids, inhalers and other medicines. I already take allergy shots and am on medicines. My allergies seem to be getting worse as I get older. I 33 and I hate to see how they will be in about 10 years or so.

Anyways, I just want to know how you keep your house clean from allergens such as dust mites especially in the bedding and other areas of your house.

Have you found any bed and pillow coverings that are not noisey when you lay on it?

Do you have to keep your house spic and span and keep windows shut to keep out allergins?

My doctor wants me to keep my windows shut but I LOVE to have the windows open in the sping.

I guess what I want to know: how CLEAN is your house if you have bad allergies?

I have bad allergies, but I don't have a spic and span house, buy a long shot. It just ain't going to happen. I do keep the windows closed most of the time though because it really bothers my allergies to have them open.
