Are you a get up and go type of person or do you need to ease into your day?

I can be ready for anything in under ten minutes. I may look like something the cat would drag in, but I can pull it off!

ON a good day, if I have a shower, I can be ready in a half hour.

I have to really ease into my day. I need 2 hours to get myself awake and prepared for it. If I have to wake up in a rush, and rush to be somewhere, I will be really rushed and anxious all day. Not fun!

I get up at 5:30 and immediately feed my foster dog his breakfast. Within 10 minutes of getting up I'm already doing my morning yoga. So I guess I am a get up and go chick. Doesn't take me long to get ready for anything!

98 % of my days i get up and go..the other 2% i want to stay in bed and hide under the covers but once i am up i get alot done. today is get up and go.

I am a get up & go person but don't make me rush. If I am rushed I am stressed all day.
