I took one yesterday (but had my oldest son and niece with me, so I went a little slower). Today it was just Sadie (my dog) and I and I kept up a nice steady brisk pace!! It felt so good!!!

I enjoy taking walks as well. I walk along the intercoastal up to the wall. Sometimes I walk to the stores around. Its wonderful

This is actually one of our all time favorite family exercies along with bike rides. We also like to play bocce ball and rodeo gold, that works the arms a little bit so does horseshoes, but that's gets a little wicked with kids throwing the metal shoes.

That's great! With the weather changing it's so nice to be able to get out and do these kinds of things for yourself and for your kids (and dog!!)

Keep it up. Sooner or later you will be ditching them in the wee hours of the morning so you can enjoy that time to yourself even more!
