I put on a pair of jeans (they were snug when I bought them) today and man can you see the rolls. lol I'm uncomfortable and all I wanna do is put a pair of sweats on and curl up w/ some cookies! I'm taking my bike instead of the van tonight.

With the weather changing now, it's so much easier on people to get outside and get active! It can definitely inspire you to get more physical but also be way more fun.

Try playing with your kids, to start. Get down on their level, run and play tag or jump rope or even go on walks.

Then progress to your own solo walks. As one member pointed out this week, it's great to get out and just walk and enjoy that time to yourself. Plug in your MP3 player and go! Get lost for about a half hour...and enjoy it.

Doing the little things have big payoffs!

While you are taking care of your body physically you will not want to eat those cookies anymore. You will realize that all your hard work will be thrown down the drain with two cookies!!! Replace those snacks with fibre one granola bars (trust me, you would have never thought that fiber can taste that good) or carrot sticks. Anything but cookies!

Making small changes in your diet can also have a big impact!

Good luck
