We often eat comfort food when we're feeling tired in hopes it will give us a boost. Reaching for the brownies aren't a surprise. The chocolate plus the sugar are what your body is craving right now.
What to do ...
1) Drink plenty of water.
2) Get some sunshine, if possible.
3) Move. Just a mall-walk can help. You don't need to do anything aerobic, but some deep breathing can improve things.
4) Wind down earlier tonight. Try to take it easy. Your body needs a break. Listen to it. (Perhaps your period is coming or you are fighting a cold.)
5) Plan a healthy, decent, light dinner NOW. Eat those veggies even though you don't feel like it.
6) Go to bed on time and try to get lots of rest.
