How many of you are actively doing your own monthly breast exams?
Do you make a point of doing it each month or only when you think about it?

I thought I would bump this up, since it was overlooked yesterday!

I do this every month and the way I remember is when I take a shower. There is no scare in my immediate family with my mom or sister, but my aunt and her daughter had breast cancer so it's something that I do religiously almost. Sometimes I will even check twice a month.
