For those of you who can't seem to find a body part to show off, tell us which body part is the most healthiest?

Do you wear glasses
Do you wear a hearing aid?
Do you have a limp?
do you heart problems?
How is your cholesterol?
Do you color your hair?
Do you wear sunscreen?

Etc, etc.

If you answered yes to the first four of those, those body parts aren't so healthy! LOL

I had my breast exam yesterday and all is good there. My cholesterol is normal. My weight apparently is "slightly obese according to their little chart (which never applies to me anyway because I am short and muscular). I've never worn glasses and my vision is 20/20 I think. I have good dental health. One cavity as a child but I did have braces.

I don't get that. I've seen you and you are in no way no how overweight or obese. I'm glad you can see through it and know that it doesn't apply to you because it really doesn't. But those charts can mess with our minds. I have trouble with the perception of my weight. I am the thinnest by far in my family (although my brother just lost 100 this past year so he is not overweight anymore) and the heaviest by far with my in-laws (where all the women are under 115 lbs. (I am 5'4 and at present 146 - overweight - with a goal of 135.) My in-laws are critical about my weight. My family is always telling me to eat more. Now I don't know what I am!

Oh .. to answer your question .. ha ha .. I have really low blood pressure and low cholesterol. My Dr. says I should be a runner. Lately I've taken him up on it.

Healthiest part would be my teeth I guess. (how weird that sounds!) But Ive never had a cavity and they are pretty and white and I don't use any special whitening type stuff so I guess they are just nice and healthy.

My teeth need to go talk to my thighs, LOL!~

that is maddening!!! NO ONE will tell me I'm overweight and get away with it. Everyone is made differently and cleary your inlaws got the skinny/trim straw. Lucky them. However, the rest of us work hard to get to where we are and you should be proud of all you've been accomplishing!!

And back to your other comment. If I sat on the couch all day and didn't commit to exercise and playing with my kids, than yes I would agree I was "obese" but I KNOW I am not. I eat healthfully (for the most part) and am very active, always have been. so that chart means NOTHING to me! And honestly, I have very dense bones too (growing up on a dairy farm) and even as a child I never fit in the "charts" with my weight. It has never bothered me. What bothers me is my reflection! LOL But it also is motivation to keep doing what I am doing, if not try and do MORE! It's not excuse to sit on the couch!

My teeth are healthy, no cavities, no braces, and nice n' white! Also so are my eyes. I'm also 20/20 with no glasses. As for unhealthy - my HAIR needs help! But I have curly hair so it usually needs help anyway here with the humidity haha.

They can stick that chart!

I know I'm healthier than several of my skinnier friends. I'm definitely more fit (this comparison doesn't apply to some of you ladies on this board that are rocking and have worked hard to get where you are)

I'm overall healthy except my hypoglycemia which I treat by limiting sweets and eating a balanced diet.

Um... this one is hard for me. I wear contacts daily (didn't need them until I started working on a computer 8+ hrs a day!)
I've had cavaties (as a kid) and braces (2x!) But I do take good care of them by brushing, flossing & visting the dentist twice a year.
I am overweight for my body type (5'6"ish, 170lbs) - Currently retraining myself how to eat properly.
Otherwise I'm healthy... No health problems... I guess I would pick my hair. - It's not the best looking but it has never been dyed (I have natural blonde highlights), I get it cut regularly... although I do heat style it with the blow dyer & flat iron once a week or so...

I don't know... I'm just blessed to be healthy in an overall sense!
