Saturday i was outside with Drew working on our coop.....that was about 4....At bedtime my wrist hurt.....ached actually. Kind of like i pulled something....or twisted it....Then at 5:30 a.m. I woke up with it itching like crazy.....i itched the heck out of it and then it started to burn and throb........I finally got back to sleep. It didn't really swell or even look like there was a bite or splinter.
One area has a numb feeling to it......

It bugged me last night....Dh had me soak it in hot salt water and that really seemed to help...He also made me eat garlic....i slept great last night and it's alot better. It still itches pretty good off and on but nothing like before.

He thinks it was because i came in contact with pressure treated wood. Does anyone here know anything about that wood? Can you have a reaction like that? Isn't that the wood they were using in kids play structures for awhile? Wow that would be horrible.

Anyway i don't complain about things like that but it was sooo irritating....I had to ask dh for his holistic healing powers...hahahahaha!!!!!!

He said something like....stuff like that happnes to me all the time i just don't say anything. I told him I pushed out two of your sons and i didn't complain.....hahahahah

It may be a reaction to the wood. Generally a spider bite or splinter have one area that is red and swollen. Sometimes the area will be hot to touch. HTH
