Have you ever sat and measured your resting heart rate? You should.

63 with a bp of 90/60 ... I'm practically dead. It's genetic.

My resting heart rate is about 55 bpm, well at least it was before the hyperthryroid thing. Now it is about 60, but has been coming down even more. Blood pressure is about 100/80. Apparently I also have a lower resting breathing rate, but never bothered to ask a practioner about it. It's too hard to count by myself because my breathing always changes when I am focusing on it.
