Well I decided that I was going to unpack the scale and see how I did without it and I did horrible! Can you believe I gained 13 lbs- I am so ashamed of myself right now! I know where I went wrong in 2 areas and I am gaining control of one of them right now, 1 being that instead of focusing on exercise I've been consumed with deep cleaning and packing and unpacking boxes (but should that not count as exercise though!) and the biggest issue that I am conquering is emotional eating at first with the move I was doing decent (besides eating up our food stockpile!) but when my pappy died last month all I could do was eat (thanks in part to all the bad things people send to you in times like these- all the sandwhich rings, deli trays with the pasta salads, cookies and cakes!)- so I am slowling taking care of this aspect of my tumble! Oh and my comfy loose jeans are now getting tight to top things off! Anyways sorry for the woe is me rant/whine- it will really help me refocus on MY health and fitness (lord knows I can use the beauty section with these puffy, black circled eyes!)!!

So I need to whip myself back into shape- swimsuit season is fast approaching and I am not ready for it (and we will be spending a lot of time in a pool this year!)!

I don't count those thirteen pounds as a failure. I call them stress pounds. When your life is in boxes and you're busy moving and trying to situate yourself it's hard to stay in a routine. Everything gets out of whack. Don't beat yourself up. YOu will burn those off again. The good news is, it's spring/summer and it's a GREAT time to get that booty outside and burning up the roads! You can walk, run, blade, anything you want and because you're outside enjoying the fresh air you don't even realize you're exercising!

We'll help you get back on track! We've missed you xo

Don't dwell on it and start fresh! You have had a lot on your plate the past few months. You can do this!
