I have a Hip Hop Abs video that concentrates on hips, thighs, and buns. I does leg raises (side ways), lunges, and squats. Also, if you are on the floor on your hands and knees, you push your legs back in a series of different movements. (I know that sounds strange, I hope it makes sense)
