Are you supposed to wear that thing all day? I've only been wearing it during my walks. I was reading a site today and you're supposed to have it on all day, or at least according to that site. I didn't do that -- though it would be interesting to see what I did on a normal day vs. a walking day.

What does everyone else do?

As soon as I get mine, hopefully tomorrow, I will wear it all day. That way you get credit for all of your steps. When you are cleaning the house, vacuuming, etc, that's exercise. If you have the 10,000 steps/day goal, you will achieve it with the steps you take in your daily life and supplement the rest with a walk.

When I wear it,I wear it ALL day!
