What a great idea! You will have a busy summer.
-purchased Animal, Vegetable, Miracle trying to get back in the habit of reading
-running local 5k race of July 4th
-increasing my running days to 4 days a week, 2 or 3 of which will be outside.
-increasing my distance to 5 miles (currently at 4 miles, 42 minutes is my best time)
-also participating in the walking club, will walk on my non-running days
-need to commit to my 2 strength training days, it is hard because waterskiing takes so much out of my upper body
