It's Friday and seems like we were just posting about last week. These days are flying by!

How did everyone do this week? Any big accomplishments?

My week was so-so. My 5 1/2 year old has been sick all week so that has limited going anywhere but I have been "busting my butt" outside so getting a lot of cardio in! Mowing our lawn with a push mower on 3/4 acre lot!!!! We had a pool installed on Wednesday so I spent Wednesday raking up the ruts in our lawn and cleaning up the excess dirt & sod around the pool area. Yesterday I dug an additional foot and a half around the pool and then laid stone all around the pool & raked that out! Can you say I'm tired!!!! And today is going to be spreading out the excess sod in the field out back of our yard to help fill in some low spots. That will be more cardio!!!!
I had Boot Camp on Tuesday & Thursday - completely slept through Thursdays. Saturday is our evaluation day and then we are done!
My eating was ok - not bad but I did not track it at all this week! Bad me!!! I did also come down with the stomach bug yesterday so my appetite has been very limited!!

I started off doing great, and then came down with something. I don't know how it happenned but I now have a head cold and no voice. So bizarre becasue it's been so humid here and we do'nt have AC at my folks' place.

So part of my week was good, the rest sucked. My eating has been so so. I want to eat better so I have been doing some grocery shopping but my parents have so many sweets and JUNK in the house.....and prepare that for meals too...I don't know how I stayed so skinny in high school!!!

I am making "spare grass" (asparagus) with roasted chicken for dinner tonight with a side of sweet potatoes. Hopefully that will jump start a better weekend ahead for me.

When I get back to OKC, I Have some serious meal planning to do and some serious running to get back on track!

Debi, what did you decide about the PT Cert?

Have not sat down and thought more about the PT cert this week. It has to be decided and now so I can register. That is my weekend plan

Not a good week. Our weather was cold and nasty. My husband was cranky. But today is a new day! And our weather is looking to improve.

My week has been okay. I have eaten pretty well. I haven't been tracking my food as well this week on sparkpeople (haven't had much time on the computer this week).
I ran 3 miles on Tuesday, 3.5 miles on Thursday (had kids with so it was run, walk, run, walk but mostly running) and plan to get some more running in this weekend.

Debi - way to go on the cardio and hope your child gets better

Christy - hope you feel better soon too

My knee is still injured. I'm ashamed to say I ran with it killing me the entire 4miiles on Friday. I ended up skiing Fri, Sat & Sun. I didn't run on Sunday and am planning to take a few days off to try to let it heal.

My eating was ok.

What happened to your knee? Don't mess around with that - take care of yourself! I had a good vacation. It was fun and everyone behaved themselves. No family drama which was nice. Of course I came home to WWIII on my side of the family which I referred to in another post of KathrynHannah's, but at least ignorance was bliss while we were at the beach. I walked for an hour every day and the change of scenery was so nice.
