Yes dh is overweight. He has put on 40 lbs in the last 5 yrs.I know we have both put on weight. I'm working at loosing mine (some from pregnancy) but dh is like a yoyo. He tries for a few weeks then stops. I try really hard to cook healthy. But it back fires when I try to cook a little extra for leftovers or the freezer. Dh will keep going back for seconds and thirds. He says he wants to loose weight and I want to help but I'm out of ideas. So I just leave it alone. And work on my weight loss.
