I'm tired!!! And hungry . I forgot how much food I want training for endurance events.

First week has been a bit blah. I got my runs in and a bike ride which is good but because of dh's schedule (night shift) I have been forced to exercise during the hottest parts of the day. My last run was in 90 degree heat and it sucked. My bike ride was 3/4 uphill and I had a headwind , at times I felt like I was on a bike trainer or spinning bike.. without the comfort of loud music and air conditioning .

I'm not too hopeful with week #2 & #3 BUT dh switches back to days in week #4 .

You are wonderful! I would not be able to workout in 90 degree weather!!! Glad you are keeping us posted on your training!

Wow. I'm hot and exhausted reading your post. Great job!!

I'm much less hungry since I haven't been running this week.
