I am doing good I did my free day yesterday since we went to my FIL for dinner so today I had to get back to it... I am doing good I have lost 4 lbs and when I went to Curves on Thursday I had lost 5% body fat so that could be all the painting I have been doing on the new house tho too. I am actually starting to eat better planneed and not even having to keep track... I still write everything down but usually at night. Glad to hear that you have lost 4 lbs ... I wasn't going to weight my self but got the itch... So I am going to hold off on weighing my self again till the end of the month. If I weight myself to much I will get obsessed with the scale. How is your milk supply?

Well I had a TON of milk yesterday, but it has gone back down today. I think I am just going to start supplementing, he is 7 months, so I think it is ok. I think it has a lot to do with the fact that I am not eating when I get hungry.

it maybe... I had to stop all together when my dd was 9months I just could not keep up with her and she got mad and would bite so I stopped during the day and just did night till she was 9 months. it could just be your body is not use to the eating change and just take a little while for it to adapt.
