I enjoy exercising, but I hate to sweat. Anyone else goofy like me?

While I do think that sweating is gross and stinky, especially when I am just walking out to the mail box--I do love the sweaty feeling I have after working out.

I agree with ChickyHip it's a good feeling after a workout, but sweating from doing yardwork is icky.

There are some people who sweat for no reason. (ME) but now I don't I use a prescription deodorant... So any sweat to me is YUCKY!

If I don't sweat when I'm exercising, then I feel like I'm not working out hard enough.

Sweating is a measure of exertion for me.
