How was your week, ladies? Mine was pretty good. I worked out 4 times - not great but not too bad - and my eating was okay.

Look Maggie..it's me...2 weeks in a row! WOO-HOO Actually I am pretty excited...I started a routine and I have been sticking with it...I walked 3 times and did strength 2 times. Next week I'm upping it to 3 times.

I did good this week, except I haven't walked at night all week long.. had sinus headaches every night. My eating has been ok.. I am trying to watch my portions and not eat fat and junk at home.

THAT is my BIGGEST struggle right now...I found a solution though....Kids don't like it as it is extreme...but I stopped buying it. Peanut M & M's are the last to get eaten and they will not be replenished...what, don't even suggest it, I am not throwing away perfectly good Peanut M & M's!!!!

Can I join in???

I worked out 4 times last week. Cardio and weight machines.

As much as I try to watch my eating, I'm not doing so well. I always start off great in the morning, then get too hungry as the day rolls on. My problem is mostly with portion control. I'm getting better about not eating the junk.

Welcome 6 paq!

My week was ok. I did some treadmill running again, as it is too hot. Kickboxing on Tuesday, as per usual. I felt a little under the weather on Thursday and Friday thanks to my youngest ds who was sick. I tried to run outside yesterday (first time in over a montH) and only managed to get three miles under my belt. So now I even wonder if I CAN run six miles as I have been doing on the treadmill.

I used to (once upon a time) participate in the Friday check ins and I'm ready to get back to it, if that's alright.

I had a pretty good week. Exercised 6 days (ran 4, weights on 3), ate pretty clean, and taking a free day today. I am down 8 pounds in under two weeks (obviously a chunk of that is water weight) so I'm feeling motivated.

My week was good -- kept super busy with cardio & some ST. Eating is good and getting a bit better. Finding that when I do indulge in some of the "junk" food, it just doesn't taste good afterwards! So helps me to have a mental note not to eat that again!

Wow I feel like it's been months sense I have been on here. I have just been so busy the last month or so. But I have kept up with my workouts. I can feel the power in my legs! I was doing my sprints today and I was like WOW.

I even impressed my husband bypicking up and dumping a 58 lb bag of dog food into a barrel yesterday. Also when we went camping a couple of wks ago I was able too pick up our big 8 person tent and throw it up to him in the boat! I can now run 4 miles. It's not fast but I can do it. I'm feeling good...
